Cézanne vowed to astonish Paris with an apple.
This summer, The World Is an Apple will amaze Philadelphia.

The Barnes is the only US venue for this must-see exhibition dedicated to Cézanne's groundbreaking works in the still-life genre.

Join us at the preview party to celebrate and see this historic show before it officially opens! Enjoy a series of musical performances featuring highly-acclaimed soprano Kathryn Guthrie, the Jasper String Quartet, and accordionist Joseph Soprani. 

Our terrace is now open; it's the perfect place to unwind with cocktails, let an artful evening unfold, and indulge in a Cézanne-filled summer fête. You don't want to miss it.
