New Perspectives on William Glackens symposium

As the Foundation hosts the first major exhibition of William Glackens’s work in nearly half a century, reflect on the breadth of his oeuvre and his legacy. Scholars include Avis Berman, curator of William Glackens; Sylvia Yount, curator in charge of the American Wing of the Metropolitan Museum of Art; Michael Lobel, professor of Art History and director of the MA Program in Modern and Contemporary Art, Criticism, and Theory at Purchase College, State University of New York; and Carol Troyen, Kristin and Roger Servison Curator Emerita of American Paintings at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston.
