Reservations for groups of 15 or more people should be submitted on a
group reservation form. Reservations for less than 15 people may be made through the
individual reservation form. Please call

group reservations coordinator:
- Name of group
- Contact name and address
- Contact phone and fax number
- Size of group, including number of children and their ages
- Date and time of requested visit (if possible, include an
alternative date)
- Your mode of transportation (please note that buses carrying more than 26 passengers
are not permitted).
You will be contacted as soon as possible after the request is received.
Payment must be made in full to secure the reservation. If you have any questions,

Deposit Information
The Barnes Foundation requires a $75.00 non-refundable deposit for all group reservation requests of thirty (30) or more
visitors. Payment of the deposit must be made at the time the reservation is requested by credit card (MasterCard or
Visa only). The deposit is applicable towards ticket fees for the group. Full payment for group reservations must be
received no later than 20 business days prior to your visit, or the reservation will be cancelled and the $75.00
reservation deposit will not be refunded.
Groups of less than thirty (30) people are required to pay for their reservations no less than 20 business days prior to
the scheduled visit or the reservation will be cancelled and tickets being held for your group will be released for
purchase by other visitors. This payment, as all other admission payments, is non-refundable.
If you have made a group reservation and wish to reduce the number of people in your group more than 20 business days
prior to the date of your visit, you may reduce the number of requested tickets without cost or penalty. If you have
made a group reservation and you would like to add additional visitors to your party, any additional tickets are subject
to availability.

Vehicle Size Limitations
The local municipality, Lower Merion Township, has established restrictions on the size of vehicles that are permitted
to come to the Barnes Foundation. Visitors are not permitted onto the property in a vehicle larger than a
26-passenger shuttle bus. A vehicle of comparable size or smaller is acceptable. Large tour buses cannot be admitted
onto the Foundation's property and will be turned away at the front gate. We recommend that groups visiting the
Foundation should contact one of the shuttle bus companies listed below.
We hope visitors will understand that these restrictions have been placed upon the Foundation by the local municipality
and the Foundation must abide by these restrictions and make every effort to maintain the quiet residential character of
the neighborhood.
Contact Information
Below is a list of companies that should be able to provide shuttle bus service to the Barnes Foundation. The Foundation
has no affiliation with any of these companies. If your group uses an independent shuttle bus service, please confirm
that the company has a 26-passenger vehicle available for the group's transportation needs. The Foundation cannot permit
larger vehicles onto the property. Group leaders need to be aware that if the group arrives in a bus with a seating
capacity larger than that of a 26-passenger bus, the bus will not be permitted onto the property and the bus will not
be able to discharge passengers on Latch's Lane.
