Thank you for your interest in arranging a Group visit to the Barnes Foundation. We have a number of options for you to choose from:
Premium Group Tour:
Your group can now have the rare opportunity to visit the Barnes on a day when our galleries are closed to the public and enjoy private guided tours of the collection. Special tours of specific artists or themes in the collection can be arranged based on your interest.
$75 per person, minimum 10 guests per group. To learn more or book your Premier Group visit,

Group Tour:
Enjoy a docent-led tour of the Galleries. Along the way you will learn about the history of
Dr. Barnes, his collection and the Foundation as well the philosophy of the unique wall
ensembles.
These tours are available starting in September 2010 and are offered on days we are open
to the public at 2:00 p.m. or later.
$25 per person for up to 30 guests. To learn more or book your Group Tour, contact

Group Visit:
Arrange a group visit for 15 or more guests during public hours between 9:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on days we are open to the public (Thursday-Sunday, Plus Wednesdays in June-August).

- It is recommended to make your reservations a month in advance.
- A $75.00 nonrefundable deposit is required for groups of 30 people or more (for each group reservation). Fees may vary according to group size.
- Full payment must be received in advance of the group's visit.
- Tickets are non-refundable.
- For those arriving by bus, only 26 passenger mini-buses are permitted.
