Explore Albert Barnes’s relationship with the African-American community, with particular focus on Dr. Barnes’s love of spirituals and his involvement in the Harlem Renaissance. Drawing on material from the Foundation’s archives, Rich Medina will lead a lively discussion about race and culture both in the early 20th century and today.
