About the Class
In the 19th century, independent artistic practices merged with new technologies and materials to create a dramatic new style of painting. Explore the materials and methods of the impressionist era through lectures accompanied by painting demonstrations. Be adventurous and experience the process and methods hands-on, and discover how the impressionists came to paint the way they did.
