About the Class

Join us as we explore the challenges that artists face as they initiate the creative process. Analyze the key steps that impact and shape both the starting point and, ultimately, the end result of the creation of a work of art. Every expressive gesture on the canvas is intimately related to what preceded it and what follows. Discussions will be illustrated by viewings of the works in the collection, as well as the work of contemporary artists.
