Thank You, Hospital Workers!

For National Hospital Week (May 9–15), the Barnes Foundation has teamed up with fellow Philadelphia cultural institutions to honor the service and dedication of hospital workers throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. In appreciation of their critical, ongoing work to keep our communities safe and healthy, hospital workers are invited to visit the Barnes for free with a guest on Thursday, May 13.

Reservations are required; please call 215.278.7200 for tickets. Admission includes access to the Barnes collection and Soutine / de Kooning: Conversations in Paint. Note: The Barnes will be open exclusively for hospital workers on Thursday, May 13, from noon to 7 pm, and will not be otherwise open to the public.

Other participating cultural institutions include the Academy of Natural Sciences, Eastern State Penitentiary, the Franklin Institute, PAFA, and the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Dates and booking instructions vary by institution; see websites for more details.
