About the Talk

Learn about the latest progress on the archives project Dear Dr. Barnes: Digitizing, Interpreting, and Disseminating the Albert C. Barnes Correspondence with director of archives, library & special collections Amanda McKnight and project assistant Rob Jagiela. McKnight and Jagiela will also introduce our current archival exhibition, Education and Empowerment: Scholarship Recipients at the Barnes Foundation, 1927–1949. This exhibition, which tells the stories of Paul B. Moses, Aaron Douglas, Ablyne Lockhart, and Dr. DeHaven Hinkson, is our first to be presented online utilizing newly digitized archival correspondence.

Registrants will be emailed a link for the talk the day prior.
