About the Tour

Suzanne Valadon led an extraordinary life, defying the odds to become a successful and original artist. This tour, led by a specially trained docent, looks at her journey from poverty to prominence as both model and painter. It explores her contributions to the early 20th-century art world and how she challenged behavioral codes with her art and lifestyle.

Friday–Monday: 10am, 11am, 2pm
Thursday: 2pm
Wednesday: 11:30am, 1pm
