About the Tour
Each month, our Spotlight Tours focus on a different artist or theme, allowing for a deeper dive into specific areas of the collection.
While there is only one painting by Camille Pissarro in the collection, his influence is felt throughout the galleries. Pissarro was a mentor and force of unity, offering crucial encouragement and advice to his fellow impressionists as well as to the next generation of artists, including Cézanne, Gauguin, Seurat, and Van Gogh. Explore these relationships and Pissarro’s enduring influence through paintings in the collection this September.
Before and after the tour, you’re invited to explore the collection.
