About the Tour
Following the travels of artists through France, this tour is your passport to examine how place informed the work of modern painters in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. On this tour, you’ll learn about the work and lives of Monet, Van Gogh, Cézanne, and other trailblazing painters as they traveled and worked in Paris, the coastal regions of Normandy and Brittany, and the South of France.
This tour is a private one-hour experience for you and up to nine guests.
Tours are available Thursdays at 10am, 11am, and 3pm, and Friday–Monday at 10am, 11am, and 2pm. Reservations are required. Private tours must be requested at least four days in advance. To learn more or to reserve a tour, call 215.278.7200.
