In the heart of Philadelphia’s Cambodia Town, Khmer Performing Arts and Culture (KPAC) emerged in 2019 with just five dedicated members. Today, the group empowers Khmer youth to reclaim their identity through performing arts. Don’t miss dance performances by Reaksmey Sareypheap Khmer Dance Troupe, Indra's Artistic Creations, and the Cambodian Fine Arts Council presented by Philly KPAC.
