About the Tour

This exclusive online tour explores Montmartre and the artists who made it their home. Around the turn of the 20th century, the Parisian neighborhood was famous for its bohemian culture, revolutionary politics, raucous cafés, and cabarets. For writers, musicians, and artists, Montmartre became a kind of cauldron of artistic experimentation and discovery that would shape modern art. Learn more about the remarkable group of artists who made Montmartre their home throughout the Belle Epoque, including Degas, Picasso, Renoir, Van Gogh, and Toulouse-Lautrec, and how their creativity transformed a neighborhood into a legend.

Registrants will be emailed a link for the program the day prior.
