About the Event
It’s the first Sunday of the month, which means free admission at the Barnes. Enjoy fun art activities, exciting performances, and free access to the collection and Noguchi to Asawa: Designing Postwar America.
Join us today for performances of Cambodian classical and folk dances by Philly’s Khmer Performing Arts and Culture (KPAC). Through music, dance, and dress, the performers highlight the resilience and preservation of Khmer identity. KPAC fosters cultural pride, healing, and connection by passing down traditions through dance, music, and language classes. Experience a vibrant presentation of Cambodian heritage!
Registration opens Thursday, October 29, at 10am.

Performances by Khmer Performing Arts and Culture
Celebrate Cambodian heritage with a special presentation by Philly’s Khmer Performing Arts and Culture (KPAC). Founded by artistic director Lisa Koung, this thriving community-based organization is dedicated to preserving and sustaining Cambodian cultural heritage. Through structured programs in traditional dance, music, and Khmer language, KPAC creates accessible spaces for learning, performance, and cultural exchange.
