Members are invited to an exclusive talk on our new exhibition, Just Us, featuring Bill Perthes, curator of community vitality.
Just Us is an exhibition of original artwork created by justice-impacted artists from Mural Arts Philadelphia’s Rec Crew and artists at SCI Phoenix, southeast Pennsylvania’s maximum-security prison for men. The works consider the power of memory, celebrate heritage and community, and explore the resilience of hope.
This talk takes place in the Kean Family Classroom on the lower level of the Barnes. Attendees are invited to view the exhibition in the first-floor classroom of the Collection Gallery after the talk.
